The team in the car park were incredibly helpful and the car park was very secured and clean. I did not realise there was an element of valet parking, but this could have been me missing the directions when booking.

The card machine was not working when we went to remove the car, so it's best to be prepared with cash or go back and check with the attendants prior to leaving. Luckily, we were planning an extra hour or so after we packed our car up so we could go to a cash point. |

Had to take money off my credit card so incurring even more charges on top the £44 parking charge. |
