We are not happy that you have left this review. You have made an allegation of rudeness. I have checked our records and you complained about not understanding the 50% off the first 8 week offer that appears on absolutely every single bit of our marketing. You then signed a storage agreement, again with all of this information on the storage agreement. You did this having received multiple emails explaining our offer and met with one of the team who also made our terms of business clear. We have to assume that you would read the agreement before signing it so we are at a loss to understand how you could not understand what our terms of business are. We have run this facility for 3 years and have never received a complaint like yours. We work very hard to offer good service and have received multiple very positive reviews from numerous happy customers....but I guess they actually read our terms of business before going ahead and taking a unit with us! It was great that the storage unit is right below my flat and the price is competitive. However, I wasn't given a padlock until 3 days after my contract has started! I work long hours during the week and got asked to go away on business by my job on short notice so now I'm paying for a week extra for an empty storage space that I'm not using. It would have been fine if I was told I needed to bring my own, but they emailed me the padlock code before my lease had started and when I turned up on the first day there was no padlock to my space! Thank you for your review. we do provide a padlock with each unit and on this occasion we did not have the lock on the door on your move in date. We are sorry for the inconvenience. we have extended your paid to date by a week FOC to compensate for this error |

When it came to collecting my items for storage, again the appointment was made quickly and the friendly removal men were on time and all was completed so quickly. The whole process from my first phone call enquiring about it to my items being stored took less than a week. Read more
