As a result, despite drafting in extra staff at short notice, we were unusually busy and this was not helped by a customer taking their keys with them. We have reviewed our policy on this so it doesn't happen again. We are currently contacting all local venues in the area to find out their social calendars so this doesn't happen again. Read more

I booked this online in all good faith, put in my entry and exit time and got my confirmation email to say it was booked. Turned up a bit later than planned, parked up and went to see the man in the kiosk to get the code to gain entry later that evening, this is what I have

Turned up a bit later than planned, parked up and went to see the man in the kiosk to get the code to gain entry later that evening, this is what I have done every other time I have parked here, only to be told that doesn’t happen anymore! I could only park there if I was out by 6pm…I had wanted to leave at 10pm. I therefore had to find somewhere else to park in the local area, with no knowledge of it as I came up from Dorset. He could not even tell me of any other car parks locally. Read more
Nowhere on the website or on the confirmation email did it state that I had to be out by 6pm! It cost me a fortune to park about a mile away from the venue I was visiting. DO NOT PARK HERE! |
